Become a Provider Associate or Carrier Member
PND partners with independent tow-truck operators and freight carriers to fulfill customer bookings. As a member, you enter an independent contractor relationship and gain access to exclusive job leads. Our membership plans and requirements are as follows:
Membership Plans: We offer three annual subscription tiers for towing associates and carriers, each with a fixed daily rate and monthly job quota:

Basic A Plan
$4.93/day (first week free), 12-month term. Includes 6 paid jobs per month (minimum $150 per job). You keep 70% of each job fee (at least $630/month). Basic A providers receive extra job leads only if higher-tier members are unavailable.

Premium B Plan
$5.75/day, 12-month term. Includes 8 paid jobs per month (minimum $150 per job). You keep 70% of each job (at least $840/month). Premium members receive additional job leads if Business C providers are not available.

Business C Plan
$6.58/day, 12-month term. Includes 10 paid jobs per month (minimum $150 per job). You keep 70% of each job (at least $1050/month). Business C members have top priority for job dispatches.

Contractor Status & Requirements: As a PND associate, you operate as an independent contractor. You must maintain appropriate insurance coverage and provide documentation:

Insurance
Tow-truck operators must have minimum $300,000 coverage, large carriers (18-wheelers, dump trucks, cargo vans) $1,000,000, and trailers $300,000.

Documentation
Upload a Certificate of Insurance (COI), a signed W-9 form, a valid driver’s license, and your social security card (or equivalent).

Business C Plan
$6.58/day, 12-month term. Includes 10 paid jobs per month (minimum $150 per job). You keep 70% of each job (at least $1050/month). Business C members have top priority for job dispatches.
You’ll also sign an Independent Contractor Agreement with PND. Once approved, you’ll start receiving dispatches of jobs according to your plan.
